- [Instructor] You can summarize your Tableau data in many different ways, but most formulas only provide one value at a time. If you want to display several summaries of your data, such as minimums, maximums, and standard deviations, you can display the Summary card. And in this movie I will show you how to do that, and also how to change the values that appear on that card. My sample file is 05_03_Summary and you can find it in the Chapter Five folder of the exercise files collection. In this workbook, I have a single worksheet and it counts the number of orders for each of my properties. And each of my hotels, in this case, is in a separate city. So here is the count. And that is the sum of the count of orders for each of those hotels. I can display other summaries in a single place by displaying the Summary card. To do that, I will go to the Worksheet menu, and then about halfway down click Show Summary. And on the right I get the Summary card. I see that I have 20 different…
