- [Instructor] Even when you do your best to keep your data clean, you will find that errors creep in, sometimes through no fault of your own. In this movie, I will show you how to create a group that combines two values that should be one. My sample file is 0701_Create_Group, and you can find it in the Chapter 7 folder of the exercise files collection. In this data set, I have a summary of orders placed by a hotel chain for maintenance, office supplies, and other things needed to run the hotels. So let's see where a group would be useful. I'll drag Order Total from the sidebar into the data area, so I get the total of all purchases, and then I will drag Product Category to the Rows shelf. So there I have Product Category, and I'll make that a bit wider. And at the top, I see that I have Furnishings and Furniture. In fact, those should be part of the same category. And the story behind this is that for the first two weeks of the year 2023, Furnishings was incorrectly called Furniture…
