Save your changes
When you make changes to a Tableau workbook, you have several ways to save them. Also, Tableau has a built in function that lets you revert to your last saved state of the workbook. It's very handy and it can save you a lot of trouble closing and re-opening a file without saving. In this movie, I will show you how to use all three of those techniques. My sample file is 03_06_Save changes and you can find it in the Chapter_03 folder of the Exercise Files collection. In this workbook I have two worksheets. Let's say I want to delete one of the worksheets. So I'll go down and right click the Type and Category Sheet tab. And then from the shortcut menu click delete. So that worksheet is gone. And as a reminder, when you delete a worksheet in Tableau, you don't get a warning like you do in Excel. But it's also the case that you can bring it back.
