Reorder, clear, and delete worksheets
After you have worked in Tableau for a while, it is likely that your workbooks will contain multiple worksheets. In this movie, I will demonstrate some useful skills for managing workbooks that contain multiple sheets, and those are re-ordering, clearing, and deleting any worksheets. My sample file is 03_03_Delete and you can find it in the Chapter_03 folder of the Exercise Files collection. This workbook contains three worksheets and you can see their names here on the sheet tabs. So I have type in category Sales by title and Sales by quarter. If you forget what's on a particular worksheet, then you can hover your mouse pointer over its tab and get a preview. If I want to change the position of a worksheet within a workbook, I can drag its tab to a new position on the tab bar. So if I drag it, type and category to the left of sales by title, and you can see that I have a downward pointing black triangle and also black line indicating where it will go when I release the left mouse…
