- [Instructor] Periodic reports, be it daily, weekly, or monthly, can be used to share critical information with the stakeholders, like summarizing the work done, comparing baselines, planned and actuals, or reviewings during daily stand-ups and look ahead meetings. In this video, we will focus on creating a weekly report, highlighting the work to be performed in a weekly look ahead meeting. You can either continue working in the file from the previous video or open the provided chapter file with the same name under Chapter Files folder. As hinted in the previous video, the export animation tool lets you export not just an AVI, but also each frame as a sequence of images, as well. We can use this option to export a design layout for our weekly report. Let's create a new animation and name it Weekly Report. Right-click on it to open the animation editor window.
