- Welcome back. Now that you have a blueprint, you'll now bring it to fruition with successful implementation through planning managing, measuring, and sustaining change. If this sounds more overwhelming than exciting, remember that you have a team, allies and a community with you. You can do this. Only two phases make up the change process, but believe me they're full of substance. The plan phase has one learning loop named roadmap. That's a verb that prepares for the blueprint implementation. With the creation of the roadmap and action plans our blueprint embodies organizational change and we need to make sure all the parts are integrated and carry the depth and breadth needed for DEIB sustainability.
