- Okay, let's begin the design process. This part of the Dewey framework is heavily influenced by design thinking methodologies. If it's new to you, it may sound different than what you're used to. So I ask that we suspend our judgment and self limitations and try something new. There's a lot we're going to go through together, but I promise you that we're all capable of practicing this entire framework, especially with the support of a team around us. I'm going to break this down in small, digestible pieces. Let's go. The first phase, understand builds deep knowledge of the current state including our context today.
