- I am frustrated with and tired of DEIB interventions that don't stick and I hope you are too. Sustainable DEIB requires systemic change, the kind where everyone thrives on a consistent basis. We need to involve and engage the whole system that we're trying to transform through co-creation. It's up to us to figure out what needs to systemically change, but it's the how. That's not always clear. Over a number of years, I developed the Design of Work Experience, or DOWE, for short, a much needed framework for co-designing, implementing, and sustaining organizational culture and employee experiences that are customized to your unique context.
