- Over the years I've developed my super connecting capabilities through a number of platforms, from public speaking to stand up comedy, and, of course, expanding my business, but I want to talk about something that has truly impacted my life in the last three years and it's something that actually discovered 10 years ago. You see, there's an organization called Toastmasters International. Now, just a little bit of history. Toastmasters has been around for nearly 100 years. Founded 95 years ago by a former Marine named Ralph C. Smedley, whose friends were like, Ralph, you're a great speaker. You're a great leader. Can you teach us how to speak the way you do? And he decided to put together an informal class setting. 95 years later, 120 countries later, over 350,000 people are active in Toastmasters at the filming of this video.
