- Regular networking can feel very superficial and shallow because people ask very surface-level questions. If you want to take things deeper as a super connector, it's important to ask very deep questions. Now, I'm going to use the FORM process, which is FORM, which stands for family, occupation, recreation and motivation as a framework to converse with someone but go deeper than the standard-level questions. Case in point, you ask someone about their family and they say I have two brothers, I have a sister. The next step would be to ask them how has your relationship with your siblings changed over the years? Now, notice two things. A, the question is open-ended. It's not a yes or no questions. Asking someone if they have siblings is a yes or no question. Don't leave that question. Go deeper.
