- [Narrator] Conveying our message clearly and concisely can be a massive challenge for communicators of all kinds, scientists, screenwriters, educators, or business professionals. The approach we use to connect with our audience can determine whether they'll remember our story or forget it as soon as we finish telling it. In this lesson, I want to demonstrate a method I use to explain complex concepts to audiences with different knowledge levels. I always start by picking three generic personas whose knowledge levels defer by a large margin. Let's take a child, a university student, any technical expert.
