(upbeat music) - [Instructor] After you've completed all the steps, outlined in the challenge video, you should have an Excel file. Let's take a look at the exercise files. Go to chapter four, go to the end and take a look at the solution Excel file 04_05E. I'm going to go ahead and double click on it to open up the Excel file. Here we can see that the calendar year and short month were both added. Obviously we're not going to see any prior periods for 2013. The first month we do see is January. Everything's nicely formatted. We see that we don't have any prior period profit for 2013 which makes sense because there's nothing prior to that. And January is the first month. Now for looking at the individual months, we notice that the parallel period shows the same because it's showing the year total for every month. However, if we look at the prior period total profit, it knows to change the values for a month. So if you…
