Often, your best resources aren't behind a computer screen, but sitting down the hall, whether it's a book, a classroom, or a colleague, don't limit yourself to technology when learning new material, sometimes having someone sit down and teach you is the fastest way to learn. If you work in tech, there's a good chance someone around you is already learn what you're trying to learn. People love to share their knowledge, and a conversation over coffee or lunch may provide more information than hours of online work. Asking for help while it may feel uncomfortable is an excellent way to learn and may even help you build new connections or friendships. If nobody nearby has the skills or knowledge you need, consider finding a learning partner.
