And we mentioned earlier that Snowflake is a true SaaS product, meaning that you don't need to worry about patching accounts or software upgrades and version control. Now, Snowflake aims to release new features every week, so there's a lot of new stuff coming out. Most of these are minor releases, and all the required maintenance such as management upgrades and tuning. They're all handled in the background by Snowflake. Now, Snowflake accounts are moved to customer accounts. Now Snowflake updates. They're moved out to the customer account using a three-stage process, which typically lasts two or maybe a couple more days depend on the complexity and the size of the change. Now, this staged approach means Snowflake can monitor activity as accounts are moved across and respond to any issues that may arise.
