Up to this point, we've been looking at this sheet in grid view, which you can see here in the menu bar. In addition to this grid view of our sheet that we've been working with, Smartsheet offers three other ways to view your sheets that can help you and your team better understand, see, and act on the tasks in your projects. You can see the other options here by clicking the menu. And what I want to do in this movie is take a look at the Card View. But before we can do that, we need to complete more of the information in the sheet. Card View is a way to prioritize and organize the tasks in your list. In order to use Card View, your sheet needs to have a dropdown list, a contact list, or a symbols column. We do have a dropdown list column in the status column, and I've already made sure that status has been applied to each row, and I've also filled in names for all of the rows under the "Assigned To" column.
