- Here's another option to think about, why not give your editors and writers a subscription to Adobe InCopy and have them write content for your publications in InCopy? Why would you do that instead of Microsoft Word? I'm going to show you a few examples of why that would be great here and also in the next video where I talk about a full bore InDesign InCopy 360 workflow. But first of all, it's very easy to get InCopy. If you go to Adobe creative cloud plans, a single InCopy subscription is only $5 a month, 60 bucks a year. And that comes with creative cloud file space, all of the fonts and fonts at adobe.com. There you go. So, once somebody has InCopy, and I have InCopy running here, they can edit stories that they started in word or they can start from scratch.
