Using postmortem templates. In the previous section, I showed you what goes into the postmortem and some of you may have been overwhelmed with the amount of data that goes into postmortem. And honestly, maybe wondering how you can pull this off. Good news is there are lots of postmortem templates out there that you can use to create your postmortem relatively quickly. I recommend using the Google's postmortem template which I'll be walking you through shortly, but there are others. You can use PagerDuty, Atlassian, and there may be others out there as well.
