Benefits of SRE. What are the benefits? Why do you do SRE in the first place? Let's learn. Increase trust, and you may not have realized that SRE actually increases trust, but it absolutely does. Because you have a reliable system and uptime, it will increase the trust among the user base. When you implement SRE principles and maintain them, your reliability is bound to increase and that will increase trust. Nobody wants to work with a system that is not reliable, that is not up and running when they need it. Proactive incident management.
