So I use all kinds of technology to hold me accountable on the personal front. When I do my work, I tend to write things down because I won't remember them as well. Feedback is so important because it allows you to make better choices. So a lot of times we do things and we don't have feedback and so we really don't know how well something is going. But when we get feedback, we can say, “Oh, this is what I thought I did, but this is what I actually did. And this is either more or less than I thought.” And so now I have an accurate representation of where I'm at. But on the personal front, I tend to use habit trackers - MyFitnessPal, my watch, my phone to give me feedback. And I have a spreadsheet that's got all my personal foundation, which are the habits and routines that I really want to keep track of, where I'm actually taking the data that I'm getting and putting it in one place so that I can see how I'm progressing over years.
