Finding your area of expertise

Here is a simple trick on how you can figure out exactly what knowledge you should be sharing online. What we're looking for is the middle of this Venn diagram with these three parts. The first circle is what you have an expertise in. What have you been studying for years or that you know like the back of your hand, that you could answer any question? This second circle is going to be what people ask you about the most. Maybe people are always asking you about sales or networking or public speaking. What questions do you get from friends and family the most? And last but not least, the third circle is what you actually enjoy talking about. If I told you that you had to speak for 20 minutes about this subject, would you dread it or think, "Heck yeah, no problem. I can do that easy"? Whatever is in the middle of these three circles is exactly what you should be sharing online.
