Behaviors of a conscious leader

The behaviors that I have witnessed and seen working with thousands of leaders that increase psychological safety are when someone's present. When someone showcases humility, when someone is curious about the other, when someone that is able to self-manage. What comes to mind when you think about experiences that you've had with other people, where you felt a sense of safety? When have you observed yourself being present? Being curious? Being humble? And how did that influence the other? The behaviors that erode psychological safety are when you show up distracted or you're on your phone or your, you know, slacking when you're having a one to one, when you are dominating the conversation, when you're interrupting instead of invoking curiosity, expressing more hostility, more defensiveness, when you're withdrawn.
