Designing list views that work

- [Instructor] As an admin, one of the fastest ways to boost productivity is by making lists work for you. In this video, we'll learn how to personalize list views to show the most relevant data without having to open every record. We'll also look at how to make system-wide list layout changes for Teams. Plus, we'll introduce context, row actions, and workspace level list personalization. First, let's click on open problems. This list shows all open problems, but right now we can't easily tell which are the most urgent, let's fix that. To customize this list, just for me, I click the gear icon near the top right of the list. This opens a personalization dialogue. On the left, we have available fields, and on the right, are the currently visible columns. Let's find and add the urgency field. Double click it to add it to the selected list. Urgency now appears at the bottom of the column list, which means it'll display last, but I kind of want it to show a little bit earlier, let's say…
