If you have content that performs well on those platforms, you might want to upload these to YouTube Shorts too. A common problem when downloading your content from TikTok or Instagram is watermarks that appear on your videos. For TikTok, you can use this platform called ssstik.io, which allows you to download your TikTok videos without a watermark by using the URL to that specific TikTok video. For Instagram, you can use snapinsta.app to achieve the same results. You may also have long form content on YouTube that you want to repurpose into shorter clips.
