- Working with interview transcripts is a way to speed up your process when scripting and producing corporate and branded video content. For those of us working with interviews, it's just so much easier if you can scroll through a digital document than scrubbing through footage in real time, or, frankly, even double time. Word search gives us the power to find exactly what we're looking for quickly. And just a reminder, transcripts aren't just for your current interviews. I often get archival materials transcribed. I recently produced an association's anniversary video and was able to pull from dozens of old interviews, which I got quickly transcribed, thanks to AI. If I record conversations in B-roll footage, I might also get those transcribed just so I can quickly find the portion I want for a little sound up in the video.
