- [Instructor] AI workloads are generally run on cloud platforms because it's only on the cloud that you get the scalability and high performance that you need while training AI models. So what are some of the products or services that you'd leverage on the cloud to train AI models? Let's quickly recap the steps involved in an AI workflow, and then we'll talk about the computational resources that can be used. The first is ingestion and analytics on data, we have data processing and storage. Then we have machine learning, high performance computing for deep learning and generative AI models, and then deployment and inference. Let's discuss the options available on the three major cloud platforms for these different stages in the AI workflow. Just a heads up that I'll only be discussing a few of the major services on the different clouds.
