- [Instructor] Up to now, we've been concerned with data entry. The real power of any system is the reports it can generate. There's a lot of reports in SAP Business One. There's a few places you'll find reports. The last menu item on modules is reports, and that opens up a series of folders which contained the reports for each module. I can go to Financials and in the Financial, find the reports inside. The second way to get reports is from within the module. Towards the bottom, will be a Reports folder. So, for example, if I go to Financials and then go to the bottom of the Financials here, you'll see Financial Reports. And then again, I can go to Financial and find all that same stuff. Now, let's go try a different report. Let's go sales report, for example. So, I'm going to go over here to Sales, A/R Sales, as an example, and I'm going to do the open items list here. So, I can go down here to Sales Reports and go to the Open Items List, which is everything that is an open item, and I'm going to expand it so we can see it well. And this is a report that can work on many different kinds of files. So, the open document right now is the A/R invoices. I'm interested, actually, in sales orders. So, I'm going to go here and go down this list to see if I can find sales orders, and it's actually above, so I'll scroll up a little bit and hit Sales Orders. And now, it gives me all of my sales orders. Now, I can get rid of all this top stuff by using this maximize restore grid arrow here. And if I click that, I can see everything and not have to deal with all the criteria, and give myself even more space. Now, the first column and the third column. So, we've got this column here and this column here, have golden arrows. These are automatically added to any report when there's a relevant link. First column here, for example, the document number is going to be our sales order. So, if I do click this, I'll find sales order 378, there it is, okay. Similarly, we've got a customer code here. Now, these are all customer named ADA Technologies, so if I click this, I get the ADA Technologies business partner. Now, I can close that up too. If you scroll over a little bit more, you'll start seeing all the financial data here and you'll see that there are totals on the bottom here for all of the data that we have, and there is a lot of it. This is everything that's open and so, we've got a lot of stuff we need to be looking at here. Now, there's a lot of reports you can find this way and they're all organized by module.
