- [Instructor] So now let's jump into the post sales customer journey. So what does this actually include? This is going to be everything after the sale or the signing of the contract, or however your company likes to classify a closed one deal. This, of course, will look different depending on your product. So if we were company analytics A, then getting them onboarded and any consulting services taken care of, this is what that would look like for them. But if we were a car salesman, then it would be them driving off the lot and then maybe asking for review and any warranties taken care of. But essentially this breaks down into a few different aspects. One, the customer gets the product or the service that they are paying for. Two, the customer is happy and any additional sales are ready to be taken. So how could this differ between different industries? Again, we kind of just talked about that briefly, but…
