- [Instructor] Let's go ahead and jump into key accounts engagement. So what are going to be your key accounts? These are going to be your most important accounts. These are going to be accounts that you really want to develop a long-term trust relationship with between you and the customer, so then you can have the highest growth potential. Oftentimes, these are going to be larger companies if you are within a corporate setting. So one example that I will be using a lot throughout this course is an analytics company. So you're going to have a company that either has a product or they have consultants that are going to help you understand your data and help you go into the best markets, think about the best new products to bring to market, help you understand where you can regain the most revenue, those kinds of things.
