Now, let's jump into adoption strategies. So when you are getting a customer to adopt your product, there are a few things that you should have that are going to make things very, very helpful to you as the customer service person or as the salesperson. One, you're going to want to have executive buy-in from the customer. So you're going to want to have the upper leadership know what the purpose is and make sure that they can advocate for the use of the product. Next is that you want to have an objective. So I personally prefer to go with the SMART goals, which are specific, measurable, accurate, something, and timely. As long as you know the objective and it can be measurable, those are the the things that you really want to know. So having like a dashboard would be super helpful here as well.
