Working with locale settings
- [Instructor] Making sure to update your organization's locale, ensures that displayed information is familiar to users and helps improve their Salesforce experience. The selected options that may impact how information displays for users, such as date and time periods or comments, and numbers and more. At the setup page, go to quick find, and begin typing in company to select company information. The company information will display the organization's profile. You may initially see details updated based on how you set up your account, but ideally, your default locale settings should reflect the information of most of your users and should be set up-to-date. Users can always change their individual settings to fit their situation. To edit your locale settings, select the edit button, at the top of the page next to organizational detail, and scroll down to locale settings. First, you can update the default…
