- [Instructor] Salesforce Campaigns can be a great tool for tracking marketing initiatives, and can relate those efforts to leads, contacts, accounts, tasks, activities, and files. A marketing team may use campaigns to track, email, direct mail, and even in-person connections to track them against KPIs like lead conversion rates that the team is set up for. Sales teams will generally leverage campaigns to keep up with their progress as they nurture connections. Most organizations usually work with sales and service cloud features. However, if your organization also uses Marketing Cloud or Pardot, your capabilities will vary. Marketing Cloud emphasizes on the customer journey. Pardot emphasizes on engagement.
