- [Instructor] Administrators are the Salesforce detectives in their organizations. So as you support your organization, I've highlighted a few of the most common issues you may come across that require some administrative troubleshooting. Users who need help with logging in may require an admin to review their user record for support. To check a user's record, you'll need to navigate to the setup page and search for the user's name directly at the top of the setup as much or by going to quick find and entering in users. By selecting users, they'll be navigated to the all users page. On the all users page, they can select on the correct user. For now, I will click on this user. Let's go ahead and select a user's detail by selecting on their name.
