So now we're gonna jump into Sales Cloud. If you are at all familiar with Salesforce, you have probably heard of Sales Cloud. Now, Salesforce has started to change a lot of the titles of their different clouds, especially in their marketing, such as AgentForce Sales Cloud, or just amending it to be more closely aligned with the AgentForce, which is a new thing that they're pushing. But Sales Cloud is pretty much the general title for it. That's what most people think of when they're thinking about this particular group of features. So, sales cloud is all about selling. And I'm sure that definitely makes sense to you. You might be thinking, well, like, duh, that's literally in the name. But that doesn't discount that there are a lot of really awesome features that can be found within sales cloud.
