Now we're gonna jump into Marketing Cloud. And as the name might suggest, it is all about marketing. This can be to both potential customers as well as upselling current customers or hoping for them to purchase from you again. It really just depends on the scenario of the company to what Marketing Cloud is going to do. The main tools are going to be called Marketing Cloud Engagement or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. There are tons and tons of different automations that can create different paths for your customers. There are things like the Journey Builder. So Journey Builder is where you're going to take your customers through a specific timeline of different marketing outreaches.
