So now we're going to jump into prompts. In general, without getting into the prompt builder, prompts are instructions for AI. The input that you are giving it is going to be the prompt, the thing that is giving them instructions for how to respond. Now, if we connect this to Salesforce, then we can use that to generate outputs based upon the information that we already have within our Salesforce system. Of course, the security will match the user that is asking for the prompt, so it won't be like this overlord of data that has access to everything, you wanna make sure that it has just the context of the person who is asking the large language model. And within the prompt builder, you can set the tone and the format, and make sure that things are accurate and consistent. There are tons of different prompt template types within Salesforce.
