Types of grounding
All right, let's talk about different types of grounding and when to use them. Now, these are just three types of grounding that you may see on the exam. I know for sure you'll see Raggle on the exam, just because of how prevalent it is. And we will, of course, get into this in more depth when we go into our Data Cloud section. So the first is going to be data grounding. So that is when you are grabbing the context from your real-time CRM data, then next is going to be contextual grounding. And this is when you have some business specific knowledge and workflow. So I'm thinking using your different emails that you have or some of the various policies that you have or products that you have, that type of thing. Next is going to be RAG, which is going to be retrieval from various knowledge bases. So bringing it into Data Cloud. So data grounding, making sure that you're grounding your data and you're grabbing context and references from your objects. So you have real time accuracy. So…
