All right, let's jump into some key terms from this section that didn't necessarily warrant their own lecture within the section but are still somewhat helpful for the exam. The first one is going to be prompt variables. These are going to be the things that you are putting into the prompt to replace it later with text. So for example, you'll want to have a contact name be put in there or a deal amount, or you'd want to have an e-mail put into there. These are going to be the various merge fields, is also what I mostly call them. This helps with various different things, it helps to ground it, it helps to scale the prompt, and just it's very, very helpful. So again, I usually call these merge fields, but you could also call them prompt variables. Next is going to be temperature. So this is going to be how random the AI is going to be. The higher the temperature, the more random the output will be. So if you have a temperature that is very high, then it might put in there some stuff…
