All right, so I know that we have gone over the types of agents, but this is a part of the process. So we're going to cover them one more time. Again, you can have either the custom one or you can have the pre-built out ones or you could do a mixture of both where you have some from the pre-built out type and then also do some customizing to it. These are just going to be the types that are going to be tested on on the exam. So it's important to know and it's also a part of the process. So let's just quickly review these. So the sales agent. This one is going to be the agent that handles the incoming sales. I like to think of it as a low-level salesperson. So it sends some emails, updates some records, and it qualifies leads. It does a lot of the ground-level work when you have an inbound lead to get them qualified or understand if they're not going to qualify.
