- [Instructor] So this next map that we're going to cover is going to be Universal Process Notation. And this one, because it is universal, has very specific requirements that are pretty wink, wink, important to remember on the exam. So what is Universal Process Notation? It is a standardized way of laying out a process. So let's imagine that you have a process. So you'll be laying out these different steps in a very standardized way, and you'll be adding in different sub points within each action item. You'll be bringing in the RACI model that we have talked about before, which is going to essentially be a type of matrix to help you understand who needs to be within the project. So who's responsible, who is accountable, who is going to be consulted, and who needs to be informed. So you'll be laying those tasks assigned to people within this notation.
