Let's jump in to scope. So scope is one of those terms that you'll hear thrown around a lot in practice as a salesforce business analyst, and just as a business analyst in general, you'll hear this a lot. When I think of the word scope, I think of when I was a little kid, and I'm pretty sure this is like a universal experience. And we would either get a paper towel roll, or a toilet paper roll, and then we pretend to be pirates. And then you had like your little binoculars that was just one eye that could see just a limited space within this toilet paper roll. And that's how I think of scope, is that, hey, you can only see what's in between. And it's very narrow, and you're going one specific direction, you only have one eye, and you got to go that way.
