Now, there's a bunch of different types, but we're going to stick pretty close to the exam for the purpose of this course, as well as maybe give you a little bit beyond what you need to know. But one of the main things for the exam to know is the predictive AI versus generative AI because Salesforce uses both of these in their current AI tools. This is super important for the exam. There are a good amount of questions that mentioned predictive and generative AI, as well as what those two can do. One thing that I typically dislike doing is when I'm defining something is using the actual word in the definition, but here I think that it is actually pretty useful to use this to help you remember on the exam.
