- Once we've won a client over and collected our commission, our work is still not done. We need to do everything we can to retain our customers. And something existing customers care about the most is receiving good customer support when they need it most. It could be a simple question about their new solution. And it could be a serious issue that needs resolving immediately. And it could be anything in between. But we are busy. We are focusing on growing our customer base, so we can't spend all day picking up every request on the off chance it's something serious.
