Manage town hall reports and recordings

My town hall ended a few minutes ago, but I have a couple of more tasks that I need to do as organizer or I needed to have delegated to one of the co-organizers. So I'm going to right-click, choose "Manage event," and let's go look first at the reports. This report is automatically created by Microsoft Teams. It tells me how many people attended, how many of them were unidentified, which can happen in one of two ways. Participants can have their identity not reported. That's one possibility. It's at an individual user level. The other possibility, which is what's true for my settings, is that my report isn't tracking the names of people who attended, other than presenters, organizer, and co-organizer. The start and end time include all of the green room time, and the meeting duration is simply subtracting the start time from the end time. The average attendance time, of course, is much lower because I was in the green room for quite a while by myself before Reggie came along. And…
