In the left pane, open presenter bios to enter information about each of your presenters. I'm going to click the "Edit" button. Charles Woodwick as at KinetEco Inc. His email is already entered because we've already sent him a notification. I added him as a presenter. He is the vice president, human resources. If you want to add his LinkedIn profile, you can do that here. Twitter Profile. If he has a personal website, that goes here, and then you type in his bio. If Charles is the only presenter, I might provide a couple of compelling paragraphs of information about him. If there are several presenters, a lot of information to go through, you might want to limit what you put in a bio. One more tip, often I find that organizations will ask people to provide their own bios, and if you have external presenters or even with your colleagues and internal employees, they might put very different information in a bio.
