- [Instructor] The building construction industry's arguably the most complex in the world. There are many building typologies, use cases, client types, and diverse geographical locations and contexts with differing regulations. Many stakeholders are involved in the build assets, design and delivery process, and this includes the owners teams, the design team, the construction team, the manufacturers and suppliers, and the list goes on. The contract and delivery method used by the building owners or the client informs the relationship and the cognition between these stakeholders. Traditional contract method of delivering buildings, design-bid-build, often brings about a divide between the design and the construction teams.
