- [Instructor] In this video, I want to talk about keyboard shortcuts. Keyboard shortcuts offer an alternative to the buttons on the ribbon and can help enhance productivity. And the way they work is you just simply use a few keystrokes on your keyboard to execute commands instead of having to locate the button on the ribbon and click it. So, as an example, standard commands that we've already used, like the Wall Command, has a keyboard shortcut of WA, and then I could just start drawing walls. Or if I want to create a grid line, that is GR, and I could draw a grid. Or if I wanted to add a door to this wall, I could type DR and place a door. If you want to cancel out of a command, you can press double Escape. And that's an alternative to clicking the Modify Tool, like we've done in previous examples. Now, the Level command, something we looked at in an earlier video, is LL. However, because I'm in a Floor Plan View, nothing happens when I type those letters. So, remember that you must…
