- [Instructor] Reason has so many features and we aren't going to cover every single one, but we will examine a lot of the most essential features. You don't need to already be proficient with other music software, but it is helpful to have a basic understanding of some key terms and know the difference between things like audio and MIDI, as well as understand basics of signal flow and audio routing. For some background info, you can always check out some of my other courses in the LinkedIn Learning Library. By the end of this course, you should have a solid understanding of workflow in Reason and be able to create your own music in any genre, or of course, no genre at all.
