Overview of the interface
- [Instructor] Before we get started making music, let's take a tour of the interface. So this is what you would see when you open Reason for the very first time. We have an untitled project. It's untitled because we haven't created a name for it yet. And I want to just call out a few of the most important sections that we're looking at. So on the left here, we have this browser section; In the middle, we have a mixer section; Our Reason Rack containing instruments, and then a sequencer section. We also have this section up on the top right where you can access a few of Reason's own tutorials. So to get started with the browser, you can see we have the browser divided by categories, like instrument. And if I scroll down, you can see numerous instruments that you can add to your Reason projects. All kinds of synthesizers, samplers, and interesting devices.
