- [Narrator] This next objection really comes from two places when you hear it from a seller. Number one, a seller just might flat out be lying about the condition of a home, but more often than not a seller just doesn't realize what's wrong with the house. And so to get them to open up, there's a great way to answer this one. And so when a seller says to you, "The house doesn't need much work. "It's in perfect condition," you can say, "Great, sounds nice. "Let me ask you this. "If you were to stay there for the next five years, "is there anything you would do, "even minor changes, to really make the house a home?" This next one is a really challenging concern or objection, because maybe you feel this same way. And if you feel this same way, it might hit you right in the heart, right?
