Here's a step that's easy to skip, updating your board. Now, you may not have a board. You may have a management committee. You may have a leadership team. You may have any version of something that's like a board. But I want you to know there's a group of folks who are wondering what's going on with the change. So don't wait for them to reach out. Make sure you set up proactive updates and get ready to articulate them. You can say something like this. Okay. Hi, everybody. I wanted to update you on where we are and where we're going with our major platform initiative. As you know, we're gonna start allowing third-party integrations onto our platform starting in three months. We have 12 work streams going to make sure we're fully confident and ready to go on that date.
